This footage was discovered in a college apartment complex storage shelter near Tennessee State University. It is not complete, and has been transferred as is to digital video format.
What it shows is a very young Oprah Winfrey lip syncing in a video at age 17 just before she entered, and won, the Miss Black Tennessee beauty pageant.
It is probably one of the rarest findings for any Oprah fan.
